Delivery Information

We don't want our customers waiting all day for their parcels to turn up, which is why we use DPD as our main delivery partner. Once your goods have left our warehouse, you will receive an SMS message and email from DPD (provided you have provided relevant contact information). The message will confirm that your goods are in transit to you and will contain consignment details so you can track your parcel online. On the morning of the delivery, DPD will once again send you an SMS message and email with a 1-hour delivery slot so you know when your goods will arrive. If this time is not convenient, there will be options within your message to have your delivery delayed, left with a neighbour or at one of DPD's many drop-off points so you can collect at a time suitable to you.

Although we cannot guarantee it, we always aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3 pm on the same day (excluding bank holidays and weekends). We use DPD for next-day delivery orders, and although they do not guarantee next-day delivery, 98% of orders are delivered on the next working day. Remember to order before 3 pm if you require delivery for the next working day.

On bulky or heavy items, we use an alternate delivery service operated by APC. It is still a next-day delivery service to most of the UK. However, APC does not offer a 1 hour timed service.

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses on a standard next-day delivery service. This is except for the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands, where deliveries will take 2-3 days. We aim to despatch all orders received by 3 pm the same day. We are not currently shipping to either Northern Ireland or Southern Ireland due to Brexit restrictions.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. All orders over £500 in value will be delivered free of charge. Orders with a value of less than £500 will incur a delivery charge of £5.00.

If, for any reason, there is a delay with your order, we will let you know immediately, allowing you to cancel your order and have your payment refunded.

A signature will be required on delivery of your order. If no one is available when they attempt delivery, a card will be placed through your door advising you of your consignment number and contact details to make alternate arrangements.

• Deliveries to Isle of Wight are charged at £10.00
• Deliveries to Scottish Highlands are charged at £15.00
• Deliveries to Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles are charged at £20.00
